IT Service Desk have been notified of intermittent internet dropouts that have been occurring across multiple sites. This is causing:
Quality degradation of Phone calls both internal and External
Internet Pages to not load or take longer to load
Some DealerPro, ERA, Tune connections to falter/drop
Some VPN connections to falter/drop temporarily

This is currently under investigation and updates will be provided via email as troubleshooting progresses.
